Working collaboratively with others isn't easy. Not at all. We make too many assumptions about work ethic, philosophical beliefs and practices...not to mention our differences in personalities, temperament, and life experiences. And I didn't even get into our expectations and roles and responsibilities. It's critically important for us to create agreements with one another during the start of the school year before little things become big things.
