The first two sessions in this series are dedicated to understanding social and emotional learning and social and emotional development. We will explore approaches for creating a climate of safety, love, and belonging. Through the use of storytelling, we will address why this work is so challenging and we will aim to take a deep dive into how our own values, beliefs, and lived experience affects our relationships with children.
